Client Objective:

Craft an immersive brand experience to launch a new beauty product. The focal point of this event design was the captivating theme of “fresh-picked possibilities”. Our creative team fully embraced this concept and brought it to life through a variety of stunning floral installations. The guests were presented with countless picture-perfect moments, giving them lots of opportunities to fill their Instagram feeds with stunning images of the brand-new product.

Success Story: Branded Event Design in Houston

  

Client Objective:

Craft an exclusive branded event design centered around the launching a new marketing message including event design, entertainment, games, interactive elements, custom branded decor, and on-site management for a sponsored dinner event.


Challenges:

  • Weather – When it comes to designing rooftop pool areas, the weather is always a crucial consideration, especially the wind. Our design had to not only be effective but also able to withstand strong winds.
  • Communicating the Launch – To effectively communicate the launch of our client’s new product, we had to go through multiple discovery and brainstorming sessions. After careful consideration, we realized that incorporating the theme of Houston into the event would be a fantastic way to convey the message and purpose of the launch.

Success Story: Las Vegas Incentive Trip

  

Client Objective:

Design, organize and execute an incentive trip to the Las Vegas including hotel negotiation and contracting, room management, billing, food and beverage, concierge services, onsite private restaurant events, offsite welcome reception, offsite private awards dinner, a final night dinner, Vegas shows tickets for all attendees, and onsite management.

Success Story: Incentive Trip to Dominican Republic

  

Client Objective:

Design, organize and execute an incentive trip to the Dominican Republic including registration, room management, billing, food and beverage, onsite restaurants reservations, event designs for a welcome reception and final night event, entertainment, and onsite management.


Challenges:

  • Communication – Communicating with an island-based resort can be challenging. We expect quick and efficient communication, however, a language barrier and relaxed response time can make producing incentive trips more difficult than in the United States. Because we are experienced in this area, we always aim to communicate often, early, and abundantly using translation tools and photos as needed.
  • Travel costs – Because of the skyrocketing airline ticket prices, fewer guests were able to attend
  • Extensions and guest billing – Many of the guests extended their stay at the resort, which was billed to them directly. Gathering approval from the hotel for those extended dates proved untimely and inefficient, creating frustration among the guests who were trying to book their airfare.

San Antonio Corporate Conference

  

Client Objective:

Design a fantastic corporate conference in San Antonio with flawless airport transportation, VIP amenities, a unique offsite event for an awards ceremony, and a winery tour in Fredericksburg, all while including touches of the local destination and finding the options that fit best with the company attributes.


Challenges:

  • Weather – The offsite event we designed included an outdoor reception, but the wind was stronger than expected, and the temperature was forecasted to be cooler than normal.
  • Flight Delays – Guests for this event often come from remote or small towns, and had to connect in larger airports in order to get to the destination. Weather events caused multiple flight delays and cancellations, which in turn required up-to-the minute adjustments on our end for guest arrival transportation.

Fall Product Launch with Celebrity Endorsement, Hilton Head, South Carolina

  
Client Objective:
Utilize a professional creative event agency to design a custom brand-activation event experience for 500 attendees at the Westin Hilton Head Island Resort & Spa that offered a beautiful product-focused event design, perfect for product marketing shots, and stations where each guest could share the products with their customers live through social media.


Challenge:
Create an indoor and outdoor event space that conveys the importance of inclusion as well as product photo opportunities and stations for guests to connect with their customers via social media.

Create an incentive trip in Sonoma Valley that provided training, inspiration and unique experiences to help the leadership bond and grow as a team.

Virtual Speaker Training for a Life Sciences Organization

  
Client Objective:
Train over eighty speakers and panelists to successfully navigate a virtual conference platform so they could successfully participate in a prestigious full-day virtual conference.


Challenge:
Our client was transforming their annual live conference to a virtual one utilizing a robust webinar platform. While most of the speakers were experienced with virtual events, nearly all had previously connected using a single link to connect. The client’s platform required all speakers, panelists, and moderators to access their sessions through the back end and navigate within it to find and conduct their appropriate sessions, as well as to learn to utilize the platform’s engagement features.

The client had a small internal team and a short timeframe to recruit and confirm over eighty speakers and panelists, as well as get them ready for the conference. We worked in tandem with their team, so they could focus on securing high-level industry speakers and COVID-related conference content, while we scheduled and conducted training and rehearsals.

International Virtual Conference Produced for a Retail Software Company

  
Client Objective:
Create a four-hour continuous stream virtual conference for our client’s annual international user conference with more than 400 attendees.


Challenge:
Design a professional virtual experience that mimicked their in-person or live user conference. The client needed strict control on registration and access to the conference, available only to a specified group of clients. They needed both national and international clients to be able to present within the system and they wanted to ensure attendees were able to view the entirety of the conference without having to download content or software.

International Simultaneous Hybrid Event

  
Client Objective:
Create a multi-city international hybrid product launch for product training. We had 350 attendees in New Orleans, Louisiana; 210 attendees in Chicago, Illinois; and 50 attendees in Calgary, Canada.


Challenge:
The challenge was to offer the same experience for both the product launch party and the training, although, the attendees were in different cities across North America. This international product launch was a two-day event that consisted of a beautiful custom launch party on Friday night in each respective city and hybrid (live and virtual) training on Saturday.

Client Objective:
Create a custom built and custom branded registration experience for 2,400 attendees for an annual conference to be held in Denver, Colorado at the Gaylord Rockies Resort and Convention Center.


Challenge:
Our client wanted a rustic yet chic Colorado-style design with a bit of romantic floral. After a discovery session with the client and researching what was available in the market, we realized we needed to custom design almost 100% of the elements to create our client’s vision.

Our challenge was to create an experience that would increase attendance at the conference, give the guests an opportunity not available to every day guests and create a memorable experience.

Our client asked us to create a themed party environment that felt like you were in a combination of Revenge of the Nerds and Animal House movies.

Our challenge was to craft a themed environment that felt like a college campus, a toga party and Greek Week style event within a ballroom and keep all guests engaged and having fun.

Client Objective:
Our client asked us to create an event in a location close to the host hotel, the JW Marriott Indianapolis, that would provide a unique and diverse experience expanding on the theme of the building, The NCAA Hall of Champions.


Challenge:
Our challenge was to create an entertaining and intriguing event in a space that was very segmented for over 1,100 guests. With multiple spaces and different experiences in each space, we needed to unify the event as well as make sure guests found all locations within the event space.

Rock 'n Roll Awards

  
Client Objective:
Our international healthcare client wanted to create a stunning awards ceremony atmosphere for their opening event that provided an elegant, but rock ‘n’ roll feel to the room.


Challenge:
We were challenged to create an event design to fit their objective.  The process included designing the look and feel of the room, procuring the overlay linen, Chiavari chairs, napkins, chargers, custom centerpieces, a photographer and interactive entertainment.

Our healthcare client wanted to create a two-day training summit for attendees from around the state as a part of a new three-year national initiative to effectively implement a public health systems approach to reduce health disparities and chronic diseases in their communities.


Challenge:

We were challenged to create a detailed and organized summit from start to finish that would allow a great learning environment for the attendees. The process included procuring the location, creation and assembly of materials, food and beverage management, on-site registration, and more while staying within the client’s budget.
