Event Design and Graphics

Step One Tell Us Everything

Custom event design is a key component in connecting your attendees with your brand. It should start with a discovery session that brings to the surface your event goals and outlines how to achieve an event that is fully ‘on-brand.’

Understanding what you want to achieve makes a huge impact on how you design a conference. When we understand that from the beginning, we’re better able to guide you through the planning process.

How will the event(s) play out? Understanding your overall agenda allows us to advise you on each segment and provide you the best guidance for the entire conference.

Do you have brand guidelines? What are your PMS colors? Do you have a conference logo? We want to capture your audience’s interest and make an emotional connection. The more we know, the better we can design to elevate your brand.

What are your demographics? Are they male, female, non-binary? How old are they? Is networking a priority for your attendees? Do they enjoy interactive events? Are you hoping to motivate them? Will they want to start dinner early or dance until midnight?

What’s worked? What hasn’t? Knowing what you’ve already done gives us an informed starting point when designing your future events.

What does your organization like to spend money on? A custom fabricated photo opportunity? Interactive registration experience? Branded swag for each guest? Knowing what your company values most will allow us to guide you through the decision making process to ensure you stay on target with your budget and fully understand your ROI when the meeting is over.

Step Two We’ll Do The Rest

Once your Blue Spark event producer has full understanding of your event goals, event history, and priorities, we’ll be able to recommend invaluable ideas about how to elevate your brand through the use of custom decor and event design. From there, we will design, produce and execute your event, making you look like the superhero we know you are.
