Heather Pilcher, CSEP, CMP, MS
Creating exceptional events has been my passion ever since my very first press event in New York City. That experience ignited my commitment to event planning as a career. Over the past 24 years, I’ve honed my expertise, orchestrating events for audiences as large as 200,000 and producing award-winning corporate experiences. From promotional events and brand activations to corporate conferences and incentive meetings, I’ve traveled the globe to bring clients’ visions to life. With the support of thousands of trusted partners across the world and an incredible team by my side, I’ve built Blue Spark Event Design into a trusted partner for clients, whether they’re engaging in virtual, hybrid, or in-person events. Our focus is on providing a team that not only delivers outstanding event and conference experiences but also prides itself on being approachable, innovative, and fun to work with. Once you become a Blue Spark client, you’re welcomed into our family. I can’t wait to welcome you and your team!
What’s your favorite event or project you’ve worked on, and why?
One of my all-time favorite events to produce was on the field at AT&T Stadium for an unforgettable group of 1,200 guests. As they entered, each guest’s photo appeared on the massive jumbotron at the center of the field—talk about being the star of the evening! The evening featured celebrity former football players signing autographs, current players throwing the football with members of the crowd, and an exciting chance for someone to win a million dollars by kicking a field goal through the uprights. With game-day food and drinks, appearances by the Cowboys mascot, and the iconic Cowboys Cheerleaders, we crafted an exclusive experience that was truly one-of-a-kind—something guests could only enjoy by attending this extraordinary event.
One thing you can’t work without?
Coffee!
What is your dream vacation?
My dream vacation is a perfect blend of incredible food, rich culture, and fascinating history. I love being fully immersed in the story of a destination—it makes the experience so much more meaningful than simply lounging on a beach. For instance, visiting historical landmarks in New York City and discovering that George Washington once met with his troops at the very bar we were in was absolutely unforgettable.

Roughly 20 years ago. I was in my early 20s and got a job working for an event production company in Fort Lauderdale (ME Productions). I relocated within that same company to their Orlando office, which is where I met Heather.
What’s your favorite event or project you’ve worked on, and why?
I would say many of the LimeLife projects. They have let us do some pretty creative stuff in the past and their design tastes, although changed through the years, have always leaned toward being ‘pretty’. So rewarding to design and also aesthetically pleasing.
One thing you can’t work without?
Coffee, pizza and Crocs.
What is your dream vacation?
Mediterranean cruise.

I began my career at Carpe Noctum, an innovative events company operating in the UK, knowtin for hosting some of the UK’s most iconic social gatherings. Their flagship event, CRISIS, holds the title of the UK’s Biggest Weekly Student Night. Another highlight is the infamous Cocktail Society brand, cherished by generations of Nottingham University students since the early eighties.
What’s your favorite event or project you’ve worked on, and why?
My favorite event to work on was the annual Cocktail Society Ball, a hedonistic alternative to the traditional Grad Ball. It was a creative opportunity to let loose, have fun, and design an unforgettable experience for attendees.
One thing you can’t work without?
Relaxing concentration music.
What is your dream vacation?
My dream vacation is skiing in Austria, enjoying the breathtaking slopes, Alpine scenery, and cozy après-ski culture.

I started in the association event side of the event design industry in 2022 and really found a passion for corporate events marketing.
What’s your favorite event or project you’ve worked on, and why?
I worked on a conference for a women-focused government association and it was such an empowering event and experience. The team I worked with were fantastic, the attendees had such a great passion for their field, and we had celebrity speakers who had great energy. It was such a fun event and we had so much room to execute some truly creative marketing campaigns.
One thing you can’t work without?
A good podcast- I’m always taking new suggestions!
What is your dream vacation?
I’m a huge traveler- I’ve been to I’ve been to 10 countries on 5 continents, and I always find that the best trips are a combination of good company, great food, and an interesting location (a good spa doesn’t hurt either).
