What It Takes

Here's how we take your vision and turn it into the event of your dreams.

Discovery & Vision Alignment

Starting with a kickoff call to confirm goals, guest experience priorities, budget range, venue details, and the overall vibe. This step sets the creative direction and ensures we're designing with intention, not just picking pretty things.

Timeline: 1 - 2 business days.

Inspiration Board

Build a visual inspiration board that defines the look, tone, and emotional "arc" of the guest journey from arrival to departure. This includes palette, textures, lighting mood, key moments, and the overall design language so everything feels cohesive.

Timeline: 5 - 7 business days.

Event Concept Proposal & Preliminary Pricing

With the direction is approved, we turn it into a structured concept with line-item ranges. This is where the vision becomes real: featured moments, recommended vendors, major design elements, and estimated investment levels so decisions can be made confidently.

Timeline: 10 - 14 business days.

Event Elements Approved & Deposit to Begin Confirmations

When the event elements proposal is given the green light, we'll provide a contract for signature and collect the required deposit. This allows us to begin confirming vendors, sourcing rentals, and locking in key event elements. Site visits to walk through the space are planned at this time as well to finalize details.

Timeline: Variable.

Planning, Logistics, & Onsite Details Confirmed

Event elements are contracted and we move into production mode. We confirm logistics, timelines, vendor coordination, and onsite flow to ensure every guest touchpoint is intentionally executed. Branded event elements are finalized with design specs provided to your team for creation, ensuring everything aligns with the approved concept.

Timeline: Ongoing leading up to event.

Event Resume, Load-In/Load-Out, & Detailed Execution

We create a comprehensive event resume that outlines detailed instructions for all tasks, onsite roles, and step-by-step execution. This includes load-in and load-out schedules, vendor arrival times, setup sequences, and operational notes so the event runs seamlessly from start to finish.

Timeline: 2 - 3 weeks prior to event.

Is it possible to only have 5 pairs of shoes in your wardrobe?

We all love shoes and we can't have too many, right? Well, in this issue of FashionFreaks, we have a small competition for our readers. Come up with 5 different pairs of shoes that could cover all dressing situations in life and you could be our lucky winner.

The Man, the Myth, the Watchmaker

Pierre-Yves Müller, the notorious Swiss watch maker, is sitting in a minimalistic garden chair outside his house located in the heart of fairy tale Swiss Alps. FashionFreaks were lucky enough to get an interview with this mysterious precision watchmaker.

It strikes me the second I see him, this man is the real deal. Well groomed fingers with nails trimmed to perfection. These hands are his tools and they are taken care of in the same manner an auto repairman takes care of his tools.

Pierre-Yves greets us with a conservative smile, there is no room for small talk in this interview. But small talk is not necessary, we want to know everything about the man and his company, Tick Tock, Tick Tock...

Kalman Lipstick

The new line of Kalman lipsticks are very exciting. Intense colors and a very long lasting effect. For the price, you get a lot of lipstick. The design of the lipstick looks cheap, though.

Eamonn Jeans

Eamonn have released a new line of jeans called Eamonn No. 5. If you have the right figure, you're in for a treat. The tight fit looks great, and they are very comfortable to wear. Although pricy, you won't get a much better pair of jeans.

Kids streetwear from Nuna means color and craziness. Soft materials and wild patterns are the building block of Nuna. Durable, expensive and wild. Can't really beat that.
