Client Objective:
Our international healthcare client wanted to create a stunning awards ceremony atmosphere at the Hard Rock Hotel Orlando for their opening event that provided an elegant, but rock ‘n’ roll feel to the room.
Challenge:
We were challenged to create an event design to fit their objective. The process included designing the look and feel of the room, procuring the overlay linen, Chiavari chairs, napkins, chargers, custom centerpieces, a photographer and interactive entertainment.

- Designed three distinct table designs within the client’s budget, presented each in proposal format and then presented the final table design in person so the client could experience and approve the final selection
- Customized the centerpieces with the company logo to add additional value to the design and to connect the design with the brand of the company

- Negotiated and secured all elements for the event design, photography and entertainment

Assessment of Outcome:
The event was extremely well received by attendees. The event design was beautiful and striking with a rock ‘n’ roll feel, which kicked off their conference with the right attitude. The rock ‘n’ roll characters were a huge hit as guests arrived to the event. Against the step-and-repeat banner provided by the client, the characters took photos with each guest as they walked the red carpet into the event.
