Hotels We Love & Want To Book: Orlando
Orlando is home base for us. It’s where we produce the majority of our events, and it has definitely earned its reputation as an events haven. The infrastructure is built for scale, the hospitality teams understand group bookings inside and out, and there is no shortage of properties that know how to handle everything from executive retreats to citywide conventions.
Meeting organizers are always searching for the right fit in every market, and Orlando consistently delivers. The range of resorts, convention hotels, and experiential properties makes it one of the most versatile destinations in the country. Give us a few minutes to sing the praises of our hometown!
Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek

How does a three acre lazy river and pool complex sound?
Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek delivers the scale planners need while maintaining a resort setting that feels removed from the surrounding theme park traffic. Located within the Bonnet Creek nature preserve and adjacent to Walt Disney World, the property pairs contemporary design with the infrastructure expected from a major meetings hotel.
The hotel completed a comprehensive renovation and rebrand, elevating guest rooms, public areas, and culinary concepts. Its connection to the Waldorf Astoria Orlando expands both dining and recreation options, including access to a championship golf course and a substantial spa program.

Why we like it: It is built for large, complex programs and delivers them with consistently strong service. General sessions, breakouts, and outdoor events operate smoothly within one footprint, and the Bonnet Creek setting keeps it close to Disney while maintaining a more controlled, resort atmosphere.
Swan and Dolphin at Walt Disney World
It's Disney, but it's not.
Of course we had to include a Disney option! The Swan and Dolphin sits in the heart of Walt Disney World Resort, but they are operated by Marriott. This partnership blends the scale of a convention hotel with the experience people expect from a stay at Walt Disney World.
The complex has undergone extensive renovations in recent years, refreshing guest rooms and public spaces while expanding dining options. The addition of the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve introduces a more intimate option within the same campus.
Fast Facts:
- More than 2,200 guest rooms and suites
- Over 330,000 square feet of meeting space
- You can watch Disney fireworks from parts of the property, which makes post-reception wind downs feel very on theme.
Why we like it: This is a property that understands large programs. General sessions, breakouts, outdoor receptions, all within walking distance Disney's world famous theme parks.
Orlando World Center Marriott

Can we interest you in a conference and a water slide?
Located near Walt Disney World, the Orlando World Center Marriott is one of the largest Marriott properties in the world. It is purpose built for conferences and major corporate gatherings, with a convention center feel wrapped inside a resort experience.
Recent renovations have elevated the design throughout the property, and the outdoor spaces are especially strong. The pool complex and event lawns create real opportunity for creative receptions that do not feel like an afterthought.
Fast Facts:
- Over 2,000 guest rooms
- More than 450,000 square feet of meeting space
- The property features one of the most elaborate resort pool complexes in Orlando, complete with a nightly laser light show.
Why we like it: It’s a machine in the best way. The operations team knows how to move people. Load in, load out, general session flips, they have it down to a science.
Hyatt Regency Orlando

Can't beat the commute.
Situated on International Drive, the Hyatt Regency Orlando is directly connected to the Orange County Convention Center. Location alone makes it a powerhouse for citywide events, but the property stands on its own with extensive meeting space and multiple tower configurations.
The hotel blends contemporary design with functionality. The atrium creates a sense of openness, and the rooftop terrace spaces offer skyline views that feel distinctly Orlando without leaning into theme park clichés.
Fast Facts:
- 1,641 guest rooms
- Over 315,000 square feet of meeting space
- The hotel is home to B-Line Diner, a 24 hour spot known for over-the-top milkshakes and late night comfort food.
Why we like it: Walkability wins. Being steps from the convention center changes everything for large programs. Attendees appreciate the ease, and planners appreciate fewer buses.
JW Marriott Orlando Grande Lakes

Gorgeous campus and even more gorgeous golf course.
Set on a sprawling 500 acre campus, the JW Marriott Orlando Grande Lakes offers a more secluded resort feel while still delivering strong meeting infrastructure. The property shares grounds with The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, which opens up additional venue options and flexibility for larger programs.
The setting feels removed from the typical convention corridor, with lakes, golf course views, and landscaped grounds that create breathing room between sessions. It works especially well for leadership meetings, incentive programs, and clients who want a resort atmosphere without sacrificing scale.
Fast Facts:
- 1,010 guest rooms
- More than 100,000 square feet of meeting space
- The resort offers kayaking, fishing excursions, and access to an 18 hole championship golf course, giving attendees plenty to do once the sessions wrap.
Why we like it: Resort living combined flawlessly with corporate events. You can host a strategy session in the morning and a polished outdoor reception at sunset without ever leaving the property.
Orlando continues to earn our loyalty. It is a city built for gatherings, with infrastructure that supports serious scale and hospitality teams that know how to deliver. And the truth is, this list could be twice as long. There are so many additional properties we have worked in, toured, or have on our radar that simply did not fit into one post. That depth is exactly why Orlando remains such a strong choice for corporate events. If you are considering hosting here, let’s talk. We would love to help you find the right fit and build something exceptional!
